Super Simple Fast Chicken Pot Pie

There is nothing better than a comfort food that you can whip up in less than 20 minutes!  I ate one serving and Joe ate 3 servings, so I guess it passes the hubby test. :0)

  • 1 can mixed vegetables
  • 10 oz can of chicken, drained
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 can flaky biscuits
  • 2 T butter, melted

Heat veggies in saucepan, drain. 


Stir chicken, soup, and milk into saucepan with vegetables.  Add salt and pepper to taste and heat thoroughly.


Pour mixture into pie dish. 


Separate 4 biscuits and layer on top of pot pie. 


Brush biscuits with butter. 


Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
