Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit Pie

Breakfast for dinner is always fun.  This dish was fun and delicious. 


  • 8 strips of bacon
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk
  • 1/2 cup baking mix
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Dash of salt and pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Fry the bacon until crispy, then drain off the grease, crumble it up, and set it aside.  In a blender combine the milk, baking mix, eggs, butter, salt, and pepper.  Blend this mixture for 15 seconds. 


Pour your batter into a greased 9 inch pie pan.  Sprinkle the bacon and cheese on top and then gently press them below the surface with a  fork.


Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.  Let the dish stand 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
