Tex-Mex Pasta

This need no explanation….just know that it is YUMMY!!!!!  We love love love some tex-mex around this house, and this was no exception.  So simple, so fast, and so delicious!


  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, un-drained
  • 1 can corn, un-drained
  • 1 package of taco seasoning


Cook pasta according to the package directions and drain.  In a large skillet cook, crumble, and drain the ground beef.  Add pasta, tomatoes, corn, and taco seasoning.  Bring to a boil;  reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
